I started this notebook at the end of 2025, after one too many sour cups. I write down what I brew, what I change and what I taste. Most mornings it is a V60 or a Kalita Wave, a hand grinder and a kettle with a thermometer.

I am not a barista and I do not sell anything. There are no ads, affiliate links or trackers here. The beans come from small roasters near me and from friends who travel.

The site is plain HTML, so it loads fast on a slow connection. New notes appear when I have something to say, usually once or twice a month.
